Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the spenph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spenph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. spenph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
You must notify spenph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. spenph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
spenph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by spenph for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
spenph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your spenph account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. spenph does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other persons are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 5 to 15 minutes following approval. spenph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spenph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spenph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content therein.
spenph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision.
Upon termination for cause (including breach of these Terms), spenph may forfeit any remaining balance in your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Upon termination for any other reason, spenph will return any verified balance remaining in your account after deducting any amounts owed to spenph.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the spenph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact spenph at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. spenph will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
